Agreement between User and ChronicRoots.net

Welcome to ChronicRoots.net. The ChronicRoots.net website (the "Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Chronic Roots. ChronicRoots.net is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of ChronicRoots.net constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

ChronicRoots.net is an E-Commerce Site selling hemp-derived products, and you must be 21 years of age to purchase.

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, EMAIL MUNIB@CHRONICROOTS.NET BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE.

We do not handle refunds for purchases made at independent retail locations. If you purchased a Chronic Roots product at a retail location, or through a website other than www.chronicroots.net, you will need to deal directly with the store or website where you made the purchase, as we have no way to monitor what they do with our products after we ship to them.

If you purchased from www.chronicroots.net and something is wrong with your purchase, you may be entitled to a refund as long as we are notified within 10 days of you receiving your product. Refunds are not considered, and no returns/exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 10 days from when the order was delivered.

While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for a refund, as cannabinoids such as HHC affect everyone differently.

If a product arrives damaged/unusable, or your shipment is missing any products, you must notify us the day of product arrival via phone or email at munib@chronicroots.net.

The email must contain:

• Your order number in the subject line (i.e. “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #(Insert your order number)”)
• A description of what happened
• A photo of the product in question
• A photo of the box
• A photo of the packaging slip

Once we have received this information, a determination will be made. This review process can take up to 5 business days (sometimes longer depending on the issue) to complete. Not providing all of the requested information, if applicable, may result in an automatic denial of your request.

In the event of a valid exchange for broken or damaged products, return shipping will depend on the product(s) ordered, and the options available to us. Typically we will either send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to place on the return box or reimburse you for USPS first-class shipping. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE DISCUSSING SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US. WITHOUT RETURNING YOUR ORIGINAL PRODUCT AND DEEMING THAT YOU HAVE NOT USED THE PRODUCT, WE CANNOT SHIP A REPLACEMENT.

Products

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Billing and Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

The price of the Services and/or goods is payable in full before delivery. We accept the following credit cards at this time: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription. Unless you cancel your subscription or membership prior to the end of your then-current subscription period, at the end of that period, your subscription will automatically be renewed for an additional subscription period of the same amount of time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date, you do not edit your credit card information, and you have an ongoing subscription, you authorize us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your monthly purchase of products.

We use a third-party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. By submitting your credit card information, you grant Chronic Roots the right to store and process your information with the third-party payment service, which it may change from time to time; you agree that Chronic Roots will not be responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. All financial matters regarding your information are subject to the conditions of the third-party payment service provider's terms of service. You acknowledge that we may change the third-party payment service and move your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of your purchase, shipping and handling fees are included with your order. Shipping dates and/or arrival times are only estimates. For loss/damage claims, you must notify Chronic Roots within 5 days of the date of your purchase if you believe all or part of your order is missing or damaged.

Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of your membership.

Returns and Exchanges

By the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If a product is defective, you may return it within 5 days of receipt, and we will send you a new item or credit your account. To request a refund, please contact us at munib@chronicroots.net. Refunds are at the sole discretion of chronicroots.net.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be required to show proof and send back your original product.

Privacy

Your use of ChronicRoots.net is subject to Chronic Roots' Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

Visiting ChronicRoots.net or sending emails to Chronic Roots constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Due to the type of product that we offer, we are not able to exchange or refund our products for any reasons other than a damaged or defective item on delivery.

To start an exchange for a damaged or defective product, you can contact us at munib@chronicroots.net. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Links to Third-Party Sites/Third-Party Services

ChronicRoots.net may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of Chronic Roots, and Chronic Roots is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Chronic Roots is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Chronic Roots of the site or any association with its operators.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ChronicRoots.net strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Chronic Roots that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Chronic Roots or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Chronic Roots, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

Arbitration

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration.

Liability Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHRONIC ROOTS AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND RELATED GRAPHICS.

Termination/Access Restriction

Chronic Roots reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

Changes to Terms

Chronic Roots reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which ChronicRoots.net is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
